CND was founded in 2002 by Magda Gales, after building up her experience as a corporate insurance broker over several years and during a period when the insurance brokerage was still in its very beginning.

Soon after starting the operations, the local expertise was consolidated by a period of working outside Romania, in Canada, which contributed to the implementation of a business model at international standard, both in terms of professional training and the approach of the relations with all business partners.

In the years that followed, the company grew along with its customers and thanks to their appreciation and recommendations, the company developed new partnerships enjoying increasing recognition in the field of corporate insurance brokerage.
